Share a little back story? How did you guys meet? Who made the first move?
Jon and I met at university in Lincoln through friends. I liked him from when I met him but he was oblivious to my flirting. I made the first move one night at pre-drinks.
Where and when was the proposal?
He proposed to me in our living room on 6th February 2021 during lockdown. He set up a photo/light display with photos of us through the years, a fireplace on his laptop and laid a blanket down. It was super cosy and cute and I had no idea it was coming.
What was the favourite part of your wedding day?
My favourite part of the wedding day was the wedding breakfast – chatting with everyone, the food, the speeches and the surprises. Jons was seeing me walk down the staircase.

Have you got any top tips for couples who are planning their wedding?
Top tip: honestly enjoy every moment of it as it goes so fast! Take lots of selfies with friends as they can be winners! Definitely have a photobooth!
