Share a little back story? How did you guys meet? Who made the first move?
We met whilst at school. There was a local event at the green when we were in sixth form, and our friends introduced us. Tom added me on Facebook and the rest is history..
Where and when was the proposal?
The proposal happened at home, on our anniversary, during lockdown. Tom cooked a meal, gave me an invite and asked me to come to the kitchen dressed up in formal clothes
What was the favourite part of your wedding day?
The favourite part was being able to be in a room filled with family and friends. Everything was truly perfect. The food, company, fireworks, venue, everything
What was it that made you choose Simply Beautiful Photo & Film to capture your day?
Our friends- the best man and his wife had the company in May and we were hooked as soon as it happened
Have you got any top tips for couples who are planning their wedding?
I’d suggest making sure that you enjoy every moment. It’s easy to feel pressure to do things a certain way but it’s ultimately about enjoying every aspect and taking a minute to really reflect on how amazing it is. If I could re live the day, I would. We absolutely loved it and really did have the wedding blues after
