A MILLBRIDGE HALL WEDDING: GEORGINA & TOM

Share a little back story? How did you guys meet? Who made the first move?

Thomas and I met on the dating app Bumble. We matched and got talking straight away. We instantly clicked, and Tom made the first move by asking if we could exchange numbers. We then arranged a date, which went really well. After a month of dating, Tom moved in and never left!

Where and when was the proposal?

Tom proposed three years later in front of his family at Disney World, Florida.

What was the favourite part of your wedding day?

Our favourite part of the wedding day was seeing everything come together exactly as we had planned, surrounded by our loved ones.

We chose Simply Beautiful to capture our day after finding them on Instagram. We were blown away by their natural, candid style and the high quality of their work. Once we met with SJ, we instantly clicked because of her friendly, laid-back approach to photography and film. We felt happy and at ease throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself. A massive shout-out to Heidi as well for keeping Tom and his groomsmen comfortable and confident while having their photos taken on the day.

Our advice to couples planning their day is to trust the process, have fun with it, and remember that the day is about you. If you’re happy, your guests will be happy.
