A NORTHUMBERLAND WEDDING: LORNA & TASHA
Share a little back story? How did you guys meet? Who made the first move?
T: We met at a crazy pedros which is a part time pizza parlor. As the old saying goes when you know you know.
I made the first move haha. I was the first to tell Lorna how I feel, the first to ask her out, the first to say I love you and I ask Lorna to marry me .
L: it’s true but I’m not saying I didn’t feel it first I maybe just didn’t say it out loud
T: Favourite part was everything as cliche as it sounds it’s your day everything should
Be perfect and it was. But if I had to pick one it would be the moment Lorna walked down the isle, she looked breathe taking. All the crown Jewl’s in all the world couldn’t take away from her beauty. And when she walked towards me it was like everyone disappeared and it was just me and her.
L: Tasha right that moment was like a film, I didn’t see anyone but her it was so magical my face hurt from smiling so much! Also when my dad came in to see me for the first time was so emotional I didn’t expect him to react like that!
T: Any tips for other couples, get yourself a Lorna hahah. No erm Lorna has just been very organized and we started early on so we could enjoy the run up. But my personal tip would be not to stress too much as you will never get that time back again so just enjoy the process and trust it will fall into place as there are certain things out of your hands and control. Just enjoy every second from being engaged, planning up to the final day.
L: use a spreadsheet! And start early don’t say yes to the first thing you see and remember people want you to choose them so if they don’t make effort they aren’t worth your time!
