A SWNFORD MANOR WEDDING: LEAH & JOSH

Share a little back story?  How did you guys meet?  Who made the first move?

We met on a night out with mutal friends. I’d say Josh made the first move but really I saw him earlier in the night and wanted to talk to him so I pointed right at him when we were all dancing. His friend pushed him into me, he stood on my foot and the rest is history. 10 years on we’re married. 

Where and when was the proposal?

Josh proposed on xmas day with all my family around. He handed out cards for everyone to open at the same time, this is simething we’ll always do with cards so it wasn’t suspicious. The cards all told everyone to look at us and he got down on one knee. 

What was the favourite part of your wedding day?

Hard to pick one part but I’d say the dancing. We both had such a great time and enjoyed ourselves so much!

What was it that made you choose Simply Beautiful Photo & Film to capture your day?

We saw the style of photos and loved them. After our shoot with Alex it was a no-brainer, she was brilliant. 

Have you got any top tips for couples who are planning their wedding?

Relax! Remember you chose your suppliers for a reason and they know what they are doing. Don’t sweat the small stuff because you honestly won’t notice/remember.
